Jim Miller writes: “In all my years of using computers, I had not been a fan of screen savers. I would use whatever default program came with my system and I never paid attention to it. When people kept suggesting that my photography would work well in this format, I finally purchased the necessary authoring software and created a screen saver that I called The Wisdom of Flowers. I placed it on all my home and office computers to give it a test run. I was surprised by my response. It was as if this screen saver had a life of its own, apart from me. It would soothe me when I happened to glance over at one of its images. It would engage me as I watched a quotation dissolve onto the screen, adding unexpected meaning to my day. I was hooked. I created four more, each organized around a different theme. I hope you enjoy them.”
